Learn a range of traditional metalworking techniques in this one day Christmas decoration workshop at Studio Budgie Galore. This is a great day to get into the festive spirit and create decorations for yourself or to give away as gifts. With guidance from your tutor, you will learn how to pierce, form, texture, emboss, hammer, file, polish and finish metal – you will make several test pieces initially that explore how to work with metal before making your Christmas decorations. You will make between six and eight unique decorations to take home.
All materials are included in the cost of this workshop. Tea, coffee and cake are also included. The workshop is fun and informative and no previous experience is needed.
